Saturday Morning Training Rides: May 17th, June 7th, July 12th & August 16

This ride is for those wanting to improve their fitness and speed on the road. Warm up ride to loops at the casino followed by fast and furious loops at JB and Sylvan Springs, with a tempo ride back. Shake up your typical group ride and join in the fun of pushing yourself to make improvements.
Lead by South Side Cyclery Cycling Club mentors; rides do not have a sweep.
A Group, distance 30+ miles, speed 20+ mph
B Group, distance 20+ miles, speed 16-18 mph
C Group, distance 18+ miles, speed13-16 mph

- ICC Challenge Season 5 features fast, hard-packed singletrack through woodlands, prairies, and creek crossings.
- A separate kids' course will be available for kids 9 and under.
