Saturday Morning Training Ride

Saturday Morning Training Rides:

Second Saturday of the Month Only: March - August

South Side Cyclery, 6969 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116, USA

This ride is for those wanting to improve their fitness and speed on the road. Warm up ride to loops at the casino followed by fast and furious loops at JB and Sylvan Springs, with a tempo ride back. Shake up your typical group ride and join in the fun of pushing yourself to make improvements. 

Lead by South Side Cyclery Cycling Club mentors; rides do not have a sweep. 

A Group, distance 30+ miles, speed 20+ mph

B Group, distance 20+ miles, speed 16-18 mph

C Group, distance 18+ miles, speed13-16 mph

Girls Night Out Ride

Empowering more women on bikes coming this spring!

Our Wednesday Evening Ride is possible due to the volunter members of the South Side Cycling Club and South Side Cyclery.

Ride starts at 6pm from South Side Cyclery. Please arrive early so that you and your bike are ready to ride by 6pm sharp. If you need help making sure that your bike is ready please stop by the shop for assistance no later than the day before the ride.  

All riders must sign the waiver and check in for the ride.

Helmets and lights are required. 

This is an inclusive weekly ride for the following pace groups:

* Party Pace (11-12mph avg) distance aprox. 15 miles. 
* Intermediate Pace (14-15mph avg) distance approx. 20 miles. 
* Advanced Pace (16+mph avg) distance approx. 25 miles.


*On the first Wednesday of each month we add a Beginner Friendly Ride. No average speed requirement with the goal of riding up to 10 miles.

Holiday Lights Ride & Party  

Wednesday, December 10, 2025 @ 6pm

Holiday Lights Ride and Party

Ride Participation Requirements: Helmet, Front and Rear Lights and signed waiver.

Monetary donations to IFM Community Medicine, canned food, personal care items, or new and gently used clothing.

Join us after the ride for our holiday party including; chili cook-off, refreshing beverages, delightful sweet treats, engaging games with exciting prizes
