Most orders ship via fedex within 2 business days. Orders will only ship when the invoice is completed and payment has cleared.
In-store pickup is now currently available for all items, including bikes. Due to our dealer agreements, we are not able ship new bicycles.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Returns can be issued on non shipped items less 10% for processing fees.
RETURNS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NEW PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS DETERMINED BY STORE MANAGEMENT. If you return an item, you are responsible for any shipping fees to return the product. The actual shipping cost (often more than you paid for shipping at check out) will be deducted from the refund.
