SHIPPING POLICY

  • We can ship paid online orders for parts and accessories via Fedex in the continental USA. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, and is subject to change at any time based on item size and market rate
  • We do not ship bikes.
 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We are currently offering home delivery within a 5 miles radius at this time. 
  • South Side Cyclery will deliver within a 5 mile radius Monday-Friday from 11am -5pm ONLY.
  • Orders received by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday–Friday will be contacted to schedule delivery time. Customer must be present for delivery and provide both identification, credit card used for payment and receipt.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your southsidecyclery.com purchase, please contact our customer care team at 314-481-1120 within 30 days so we can make it right. This may include an exchange, store credit or a refund less any initial delivery, processing fees and/or restocking fees. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any discounted or clearance products. 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Items must be returned to South Side Cyclery along with proof of purchase of the item. We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.
